We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join an international team focused on developing internal tools and observability platforms that improve operational efficiency and system monitoring.
About Project
You’ll collaborate with various teams across Europe and contribute to the design and development of technical solutions for system integration, data processing, and real-time reporting.
What will you do
- Design and build dashboards to visualize KPIs and system health using tools like Grafana
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and data sources (ServiceNOW, Splunk, Zabbix, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of internal applications aimed at boosting operator productivity and observability
- Design, implement, and optimize SQL and time-series databases
- Handle data ingestion, transformation, and transfer across multiple sources and platforms
What we need
Expert experience
- Strong programming skills in PHP (Laravel or similar modern frameworks preferred)
- Solid front-end understanding (JavaScript; knowledge of React is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Python (legacy codebase only – minimal usage)
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with time-series databases (e.g., Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics)
- Hands-on experience with Grafana, Kibana, or other visualization tools
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Comfortable communicating in English in an international team setting

Language requirements
- Czech, English (written), English (spoken and written)

- Knowledge of service desk platforms such as ServiceNOW
- Practical experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
- Awareness of ITIL Event and Incident Management processes
